Heres the thing about this whole case Armstrong's silence is not an admission of guilt. See the logical fallacy argumentum ex silentio- drawing a conclusion based on silence or lack of contrary evidence. It is no different than a person not taking the stand at his/her murder trial. Silence is not an admission of guilt. The USADA is guilty of onus probandi (shifting the burden of proof). They charge Armstrong with doping. It is not up to Armstrong to prove his innocence. Its up to the USADA to prove Armstrong is guilty. This they have failed to do.

shyt the USADA is a tax paid association, we are paying for this, shyts its been going on for nearing 10 years...whats another 10 to an endless money supply? Lances lawyers arent 'you get cash if you win' type of people, he has a family and job and this shyt takes toll on him as a person. Its bullshyt if they had names of credible people, just one credible person like Sheryl Crow (who isnt credible, but if she talked we'd listen) they would have dragged his ass into court and had them speak, all this 'c'mon show up, we've got someone you should listen to.....' bullshyt is bullshyt.

Again you said his testicles shrunk, saying he developed cancer from doping is seperate from what you said and again if he was using for years like you said then why couldnt he win the tour before he got cancer?
Damn, I feel like I'm talking to a retarded child.
Testicular shrinkage is a COMMON symptom of prolonged steroid use. He even admitted to having pain and shrinkage is his book. Then he went to the hospital to get it checked. That's how they found out about the cancer.
Btw, he could barely even FINISH the Tour before 1999. He always lost huge amounts of time in the mountains. Then suddenly, there he was after cancer destroying the best climbers in 1999.
He got better immediately after hiring Michele Ferrari, the infamous italian dope doctor who got banned for life in 2001.
If you don't know shyt about something, do some research before posting:whew:

First question you have to ask yourself is if all of Lance teamates are caught doping using this sophisticated doping scheme why wasnt Lance caught? How is it that cats using the same system Lance used to dope not getting away with it?

 Are you fukking retarded? LOADS OF PEOPLE THAT ADMITTED TO DOPING WEREN'T CAUGHT - AND THAT INCLUDES PEOPLE THAT WERE GOING TO TESTIFY AGAINST HIM.

1996 Tour winner Bjarne Riis never got caught. He later admitted doping during his entire career, saying "You couldn't finish in the Top 50 without doping"

why would I pay attention to another word you'd post on this subject? And the answer is, I wouldn't.

:manny:

Dude is arguing from a position of complete ignorance about pro cycling - the authorities didn't want to catch dopers most of the time because of the bad publicity it caused, so for decades they were completely half-assed in trying to catch dopers. You typically were only caught if (a) someone snitched on you, (b) you were deeply incompetent/unlucky and (c) you wanted to get caught due to a guilty conscious.

Or let me put it like this, the people that were doping put a lot more effort and intelligence into not getting caught then the people that were supposed to be catching them.

Dopers are always ahead of the authorities. Some scientists would do anything for extra $$$

Also, you have to remember this is not a new phenomena. Doping has been part of the cycling culture since the 1920s.
Heck, even the GOAT cyclist Eddy Merckx got caught doping a few times in the 1960s and 70s (he even got thrown out of some major tours).
No wonder he's always been among Armstrong's apologists.

Them yellow bracelets seem totally ridiculous now.
They sure didn't feel this way about Barry Bonds :myman:
they talking about, "The USADA will keep him litigation forever" and "They will make sure they exhaust all of his money," ignoring that this c*nt has been doing this to everyone else for 10 years. :snoop:

He nearly succeeded doing that to Greg Lemond.
I got no love for Lemond either. Dude was also a doper in the lawless 1980s (nikkas were injecting themselves during races back then). He just got jealous of Armstrong surpassing him as the GOAT american cyclist :beli:
