That's still heresy. If a rider is caught he is banned immediately (depending on what it is) Lance wasn't caught and banned. Many riders and other athletes gets caught using motrin or an offbrand icy hot. And they get cleared. A lot of riders get caught using diuretics or clenbutrol they get stopped they don't race. They don't make a practice of letting riders ride then taking away their victories. And when they do, (see Landis, cantador etc) its usually swift and quick.
Lance hasn't gotten caught. If he had he would have been banned.
