Both being early in the game. Last 2 drives with the season on the line ended with drops and fumbles while he did his job. It wasn’t his best game but if your skill positions can’t do the basics of catch the ball and not fumble the ball, there’s the issue. He did enough to lose the game too with the two poor turnovers. He hadn't make mistakes like that during the regular season.
Played like crap the 1st half. Was costlyBoth being early in the game. Last 2 drives with the season on the line ended with drops and fumbles while he did his job. It wasn’t his best game but if your skill positions can’t do the basics of catch the ball and not fumble the ball, there’s the issue.
Make no mistake about it, he's not alone in the blame (there's a lot of that to go around), but we can't sit here and act like he played up to standard. Both being early in the game. He wasn’t incredible tonight, which reminds me a lot of the 2011 afc title game where Flacco had some early mistakes but the game was defined by his teammates blowing it in far worse ways in the closing seconds once he set them up to win it.Make no mistake about it, he's not alone in the blame (there's a lot of that to go around), but we can't sit here and act like he played up to standard.
Regardless of what stage the mistakes were made in the game, they're mistakes, nonetheless, all contributing to why they lost the game.
He might have went and overtaken Billy Cundiff as the worst goat of the game for a playoff loss in ravens historyAndrews really took the heat off of Lamar first half
They are killing him on social media! Dude might not be safe in Bmore
a smart team would try and trade for him while his value is at rock bottomAndrews really took the heat off of Lamar first half

I lost on the definition of c00n nowThese c00ns on here hate Lamar for whatever reason
Because he been hating on Lamar forever that’s why it has nothing to do with the qbs he compared him tooI lost on the definition of c00n now
All three players are black men with dreds
You believe in false prophets. No shocker
Well for starters the standard is incredible. He is an incredible player...not a guy being carried by his defense like Flacco. Multiple things can be true and multiple people can be responsible. Lamar is the man. Andrews aint gettin no MVP votes. He aint breaking the bank. shyt he wouldnt have even gotten the credit if he actually caught the pass . The Ravens win the game...pretty comfortably if Lamar plays at or anywhere near the level we are accustomed to seeing in the regular season. I been riding for him all season but he did not get it done today. No excuses. He wasn’t incredible tonight, which reminds me a lot of the 2011 afc title game where Flacco had some early mistakes but the game was defined by his teammates blowing it in far worse ways in the closing seconds once he set them up to win it.
My point is a lot of quarterbacks have won playoff games with far worse showings than this and if your quarterback delivers with the season on the line only for the skill position players to drop the pass that would’ve tied the game and saved the season when he’s wide open (especially if the previous drive his fumble gave 3 points to the other team in a game you lost by 2), that’s the story. The drive before, his fumble came at a point where they could’ve still kicked a field goal so they wouldn’t have needed the conversion either. Lamar’s pick was the 2nd drive of the game and it resulted in Buffalo punting in a 7-7 game. Not a play of terrible consequence given the time of it and the score at the time. If the quarterback has to be close to flawless, there’s a problem.Well for starters the standard is incredible. He is an incredible player...not a guy being carried by his defense like Flacco. Plenty of QBs have won playing average or even like shyt. Plenty of QBs have won/lost on a bounce here or there. Well aware of this. Not denying it. That doesn't let Lamar off the hook. The efforts you listed are only ok because the team won. Manning for certain woulda caught hell after those games if he lost. Beyond that Sanchez and Flacco and Ben and Dilfer and young Brady weren't bus drivers...Lamar is about to be a 3 time MVP. Also most of those performances are from 10, 15, 20 plus years ago. Rules have been titled even more in QBs favor and it's actually possible to carry over regular season dominance into the postseason now. Most of the time "the guy" takes the blame and the heat when shyt don't work out .My point is a lot of quarterbacks have won playoff games with far worse showings than this and if your quarterback delivers with the season on the line only for the skill position players to drop the pass that would’ve tied the game and saved the season when he’s wide open (especially if the previous drive his fumble gave 3 points to the other team in a game you lost by 2), that’s the story. Here’s some quarterbacks this millennium in playoff games & even super bowls with comparable or worse performances, all ending in their team winning:
12-25 for 150 yards and a touchdown (Dilfer in Super Bowl 35)
16-27 for 145 yards and 1 touchdown while going 0-10 on 3rd down & leading the offense to 265 yards (Brady in Super Bowl 36)
13-23 for 141 yards and a pick (Manning in Super Bowl 50)
17-30 for 181 yards with 1 td & 2 picks with one going back the other way (Big Ben in 2004 vs the jets)
9-21 for 123 yards and 2 picks (Big Ben in Super Bowl 40)
22-37 for 237 yard with 1 td and 1 pick (Brady in the 2003 afc title game)
22-33 for 209 yards with 2 td’s and 3 picks (Brady in the 2007 afc title game)
4-10 for 34 yards & 1 pick (Flacco in 2009 vs the pats)
not completing a pass beyond the line of scrimmage for the final 26 minutes of the game (Brady in Super Bowl 39)
22-36 for 239 yards with 0 td’s and 2 picks (Brady in the 2011 afc title game)
21-35 for 262 yards with 0 td’s and 1 pick while leading the offense to 13 points (Brady in Super Bowl 53)
15-30 for 170 yards with 0 td’s and 2 picks (Manning in 2006 vs the ravens)
12-23 for 100 yards with 1 td and 1 pick (Mark Sanchez in 2009 vs the chargers)
Sometimes the game just doesn’t go your way even if you show up when it matters most
