Resign Ebanks. Get Hill to backup Artest. Hopefully resign Jordan hill. Get Antawn Jamison or Rashard Lewis.

Barnes is likely gone. He played well while he was here but he kept getting injured when we needed him most.

The Lakers want to bring Hill back, but they're not gonna pay him as much as some teams are offering, same goes for Ebanks.

If I had to pick one to keep it'd be Ebanks. He's atheletic, a decent defender with good reach, and is a good scorer off the bench.

wat up my Lakeset LWO brehs! I haven't been on since the coli crashed, but breh we are a top 2 team in the West easily and a top 3 squad in the league for sure heading into next season. IDk I actually wouldn't mind staying put with Bynum and Gasol for now. Dwight would be a great addition, but if he ain't gonna sign that extension fukk him. But, I'm liking this squad with "Hollywood Nashty" as our PG. Nash can easily average 10+ assists a game and a perimeter shooting threat we need badly. Hopefully we can get Grant Hill, who still has that mid-range J that is still wet, and get Jamison to come off the bench, and we straight. No matter what, our defense will always be one of the best in the league, and we had Fish, Sessions, and Blake as our starting PG's. Imagine the Pick N Rolls with Nash to Kobe, Pau, and hopefully Bynum too  I'm liking our squad right now, but a move here and there would be good too. And we need to re-sign Jordan hill too. But, Lakeset LWO we coming back for that chip ASAP! :dj2::dj2::dj2:

I hope you guys aren't getting overzealous. We still slow, we still weak around the perimeter, and we still older and less athletic.

We might have edged out The spurs. Still not beating the thunder as is.

This is the kind of cordial recruiting call that Bryant and Dwight Howard haven’t had, a silence existing for most of a year now. Bryant will not recruit Howard to reaffirm the Lakers as part of Howard's list of teams that he’s willing to accept a trade and sign a long-term extension. For several reasons – including Bryant's respect for teammate Andrew Bynum – the odds of Bryant picking up the phone and calling are remote. Bryant would welcome Howard as a teammate, sources say, but he’s shown no inclination to be part of a process of trying convince him to come.

When they spoke several months about the possibility of Howard coming to the Lakers in a trade, Bryant and Howard pictured the center’s role through far different prisms. Howard wanted an offense to play through him far more often than not, and Bryant imagined the NBA’s best defender protecting the rim, rebounding and scoring as an offensive option beyond Bryant and Pau Gasol. The call ended uneasily, and sources say they haven’t had a meaningful conversation since then.

Howard has always wanted to play with a great point guard, and, perhaps, with the ball in Nash’s hands now, he’ll see the Lakers in a different way. Before Nash, Howard had been longing for life with Deron Williams and the Brooklyn Nets. Now, the Lakers have a generational point guard, and that could change everything.

the lakers signed to a 3yr deal...
Steve-Nash-One-Eye1.jpg

Kobe contract will be over by the time nash's is....THE REASON FOR THE 3YRo DEAL.... -- so HOWARD will be comfortable -- knowg NASH wil be there the net 3yrs it will open hisoffenive opportunities ALOT--- NASH is the piece that will LAND HOwARD---- WATCH ------------------ without nash all of this wouldnt happen

Howard will be traded to the LAKERS--- HOWARD --"says" he wont sign a long term deal.....once he lands in LA with NASH---- and kobe... and sees that this CORE of him and kobe nash will only be 3yr MAX_------ THEN --- its HIS---TEAM with no question---- KOBE would be 37 - NASh 40? --- HOWARD will be 29/30 -- with MAYBE a ring or two under his BElt---- AND THEN WOULD HAVE HIS OWN TEAM IN LA even if kobe stuck around longer i would be HOWARDS teAM....

Howard says he wont sign a loong term deal in LA... but what i posted above is WHY he WILL --- NO OTHER TEAAM CAN OFFER HIM the level of potential success fame and $$$ that LAL can....

it just makes to much sense so dont be suprissed when

and jason richardson will be traded to the LAKERS for Bynum+PEace
