They’re really shytting on the basketball coach occupation after Kerr shytted all over the league with no coaching experience :mjlol:

But at least that man has 10 years of FO experience.

Kerr's road has been wild.

For the next three years, Kerr worked as an analyst for TNT, drove his children to school and games, and offered advice during a weekly conference call with Phoenix’s management. In June 2007, after more than a year of prodding from Sarver, Kerr agreed to take over as GM.

LeBron should really retire like Perkins suggested

Now he's going to most likely have both 23 and 6 retired in the rafters, have a statue at Crypto, which is going to overshadow other Laker greats because most (not me) have him as the 2nd best player of all time

LeBron is most likely dictate a lot such as Bronny getting drafted, rotations, and the roster until he retires

I really feel for some of you Lakers fans. Some of ya'll don't deserve this

Compared to the other candidates he has the best ceiling.

Barrego is a no, he had a massive ego with the Hornets and lost the locker room. What do you think that’s gonna be like with Bron and AD

Sam Cassell has been interviewed a ton and hasn’t gotten a head job yet. That either speaks to him not interviewing well, or something behind the scenes where his voice is better served as an assistant

Atkinson is a no, Adelman and MN assistant are just as much of an unknown as JJ

If JJ has some solid assistants then he can be a good coach, he has the potential. He had interviewed for the Hornets so it’s not coming out of nowhere.

He seems like he works hard and takes in information and has good ball knowledge, which already is better than Darvin Ham.. Ham apparently didn’t put in work like a coach should through film and his game plan from reports from Lakers reporters and that irritated AD, Reaves and others . Hopefully JJ puts in the work

This is literally a Jeff Saturday level hire
Better get the exact same heat from the media on this one
He was brought in for an interview for the Hornets job not long ago.. it’s not completely out of left field

He’s been a target for a few years, not just with LA

the same reasons they're picking JJ Redikk are the exact same reasons they picked Luke Walton

"Infatuated..."

"Charismatic..."

"Young..."

"He can the next future (insert HOF coach)..."

"Jeanie wants to fukk him..."

:mjlol:
This is true, plus there was a stretch where the Warriors won like 15 in a row with him as HC taking over for Kerr.. he at least had some track record of coaching with success

It just so happened to be with one of the greatest dynasties ever

But when the podcast started, the Coli said it was about the nuances of the game and how refreshing it was. And the opposers and skeptics were “haters” who let their feelings about Lebron cloud their visions. Damn, he made a fool of many posters. Again.

JJ had a paid internship with LeBron in everybody face :whoo: .

Made a portfolio and used a in house recommendation. This is corporate 101
