Rather weak point when he wanted Spo fired because he wanted Pat Riley as the coach. It was DWade who pushed back against the firing of Spo because he didn't want to deal with Riley's brutal practices, etc.

Is there no set of crendtials or qualifications you have to get? For examole in soccer you have to go through a series of coaching badges before you qualify to be a head coach.
