I'm proud of you ladies. Not wanting to get married and not wanting kids, good for y'all. You guys actually have an understanding of how much work both marriage and kids are, and you eagerly admit its too much for y'all. Props girls. It takes a big person to know when not to pursue a daunting task.

It's in our DNA, but two women that are in love with each other can't biologically have children though.

It's not in our DNA, it's purely environmental. My reasoning is that I don't wanna be another version of my own mother, be in an unhappy relationship, have a child I never wanted, and then use the child as a bargaining chip. Relationships are a fickle thing, if shyt goes sour watch your whole damn family crumble as a result. Me not wanting children comes from the environment that I was raised in. Plus, some women can't biologically have children. To each their own, at least I'm doing something right by not having a child I wouldn't be able to take care of anyway .

I respect a person who knows what they want in life and not choose a lifestyle that doesn't fit her.

I totally agree with you Inno, I would be sad but after all the failed marriages I've seen I definitely wouldn't consider not getting married a failure. I do want kids though... at least one. I could see myself adopting maybe.

No I don't, I commend women who do it. It's a life time of work, and it's an amazing journey, but it's just not for me.

How do you quantify that? That's an unnatural act, the fact you can't reproduce with someone of the same sex should tell you that. Not a good example.
