But it doesn't change the fact that pat made some retarded ass moves after lebron left. He allowed wade to walk just to give tyler Johnson's wack ass one of the worst contracts in nba history. He let his pride and ego get the best of him because he was desperate after lebron shyt on him. He even admits he fukked up in a lot of ways. But bottomline, we got a nice core right now. That was the truth. For the past 6 years, the Heat couldn't convince a superstar to come to Miami even when we have the complimentary role players. Butler is the only star that believe in the Heat process in building a championship team and that's after six years of superstars overlooking Miami Heat potential.

Hayward aint really a star IMO. He was just one of the hottest FAs that summer. I didnt care either way because i never had the chance to see much of him so didnt know what we were getting or missing out on.

But reality is KD nor these others werent really coming here. Heat gets mentions in these stories because of Pat Riley and these "sources" are often guesses and you can always depend on Miami sticking its nose in every big FA discussion. Like Pat Riley was once quoted as saying something to the effect of "even if my wallet's empty and i have no shot i still wanna be at the table where the action is". So when Broussard is making up stories and he knows it's a player MIA would be interested in he can always throw us in there and know he's at least not far from the truth.

Reminds me of how my old company did one of my coworkers dirty one time. So We were in Poland and i left to come back to the states. My coworker stayed and was supposed to be there another 2 weeks but ended up having to stay longer. When he couldnt stay anymore my company asked another coworker of hours who was flying from the Phillipines to head to work on a project in Costa Rica to leave Costa Rica as soon as he landed there and head to Poland instead. So breh did just that. Didnt even leave the airport, booked a flight from Costa Rica to Mia to Rome to Poland.
Mofo landed in Poland wearing nothing but shorts and a shirt...in LATE NOVEMBER With no kind of winter clothes in his luggage whatsoever since he thought he'd be in Costa Rica for a couple of weeks. My coworker that was there that he was replacing had to drive him straight to a mall in warsaw to buy a coat.
