So Winslow is really 6'6 afterall. Dont know why but he always looks shorter. Probably his body type that makes him look shorter. He doesn't have long legs and his litter body looks thicker. Thus why when he was listed as 6'6 or 6'7 I always used to be like 'yeah right'

New offense?
Head coach Erik Spoelstra has actively searched for answers, and his players have noticed the changes to the team’s offensive scheme.
“Our play calling is more complex and complicated this year,” said Justise Winslow. “We’re able to get to more actions. Everyone on the court is able to understand a little better than last year. It’s a combination of some of the new guys are extremely smart and we’re getting older.”
Guard Goran Dragic, who figures to play a sizable role in the offense, also publicly noted the alterations made to it.
“We have a few new actions from last year,” Dragic said. “It’s a lot of the same calls, but then they finish differently. You have a lot of options from the same action. I think that’s something new. You need to pay attention because he can put one action on top of the other, and then you have two actions at the same time.”

It's about time Spo started to tweak the offense. He can't run the 'Give the ball to Wade and win championships' play anymore

He grew. At the 2015 combine, he was measured as 6'4.5'' without shows and 6'6.5'' with shoes. He's now 6'8'' in shoes.So Winslow is really 6'6 afterall. Dont know why but he always looks shorter. I hear you. Like I said he just doesn't LOOK that tall and it's due to his physique. Like when they tell you he's 6'7 and so is (say) Scottie Pippen their physique differ quite a bit with one looking like he's way taller than the other until you see them side by side and realize they're the same height
it makes sense Scottie would look taller because he is 6'8" a full two inches taller.
I think Scottie's 6'8 is in shoes, tho.
