Having Butler, Dragic, and Waiters on the floor together is repetitive and it weakens the bench as well.

Spo gonna Spo though. Whatever.

The streets are saying Winlsow showed leaps and bounds more playmaking ability than Dragic in the scrimmage. We'll see what happens when the real games start but I can see a Winslow/Waiters or Herro starting back court.
I watched the scrimmage and I know it's just a scrimmage but Goran looked very old out there.

“I don’t like it, but I’m at that stage of my career that I’m going to need it,” Dragic said of rest days, with the Heat set to open its five-game preseason Tuesday against the Spurs at AmericanAirlines Arena.

Then perhaps it is time to start Winslow at PG. Dragic should be able to give us some good production off the bench if he's coming in fresh with limited minutes and allowed to go full speed without worrying about saving energy for later in the game. When players as skilled as Dragic come in for limited minutes they tend to make them count since they still have the skills to burn opponents. They just dont have the endurance to keep it up for long. No homo

New offense? :ehh:

Head coach Erik Spoelstra has actively searched for answers, and his players have noticed the changes to the team’s offensive scheme.

“Our play calling is more complex and complicated this year,” said Justise Winslow. “We’re able to get to more actions. Everyone on the court is able to understand a little better than last year. It’s a combination of some of the new guys are extremely smart and we’re getting older.”

Guard Goran Dragic, who figures to play a sizable role in the offense, also publicly noted the alterations made to it.

“We have a few new actions from last year,” Dragic said. “It’s a lot of the same calls, but then they finish differently. You have a lot of options from the same action. I think that’s something new. You need to pay attention because he can put one action on top of the other, and then you have two actions at the same time.”

It's about time Spo started to tweak the offense. He can't run the 'Give the ball to Wade and win championships' play anymore

Any PFs among these? I feel like our frontcourt is thin
Robinson has PF size but is a stretch guy. Not a lot of true PFs exist anymore, I expect everyone from Bam, Olynk, DJJ, JJ and even Winslow to all spend some time at the 4

By modern NBA standards Bam is a true PF and that's what I was looking for when I asked the question. I just did not want another Winslow type player that we just stick at the PF spot. I understand we're not looking for any more Joel Anthony/Udonis Haslem types
