LOL I love Kyrie Irving to death but he's a 1-dimensional scorer. He can't offer you much else besides his ability to get buckets. He's not a good defender, he has little court vision, isn't going to grab you rebounds, and on top of all that he's undersized. It's why he's had 0 accomplishments or post-season success prior to LeBron and will likely have 0 AFTER if he seriously ends up on a squad like the Knicks.

Most of the casual fans don't know anything about Kyrie besides the fact that he hit that Game 7 shot and they think that's enough to prove he can lead a team. :laff:

Yall act like Kyrie had been in the league for a decade or some shyt. The main reason he's had no previous post season success is because the Cavs put a bum ass team around him and gave him two terrible ass coaches.

I'd be pissed if I was Kyrie too. In the last two years of the finals he had some absolutely monster games that went overlooked. It went so far as for people to say Lebron carried the Cavs to the title like Kyrie wasn't right there dropping 40 as well. Not only that but it seemed like when Kyrie was going nuts Lebron would become more aggressive and start doing isos instead of falling back and letting Kyrie cook.

All shyt I've been people the last year or so. Kyrie probably figures he has top 10 talent but doesn't get any credit because it all goes to Lebron for helping bring the best out in him. Add in all the short term moves Cavs have made at the expense of the future and it's clear this is a sinking ship so why not get out early.

I commend him for being proactive. This is certainly smart if Bron is being non-committal and the FO is looking so shaky. However, this idea that he was some victim that didn't benefit from Bron's presence or that had it worse than any other number 2 throughout history is laughable. There are pros and cons. No he doesn't get the same props Bron gets, he's also not as good or impactful. He has still gotten his props and had his profile raised substantially. On the flipside his every struggle isn't parsed to death and the team struggles aren't put on him. Haven't heard much about his finals record or how many rings he needs.

CLE FO has made it's share of :dahell: moves but you can't knock them for playing for right now. If you have chance to win now you go for it. The future should be just fine if Kyrie and Love are what folks stay purporting them to be. We can't call this a superteam and then act like 2/3 of the big 3 isn't enough to build on in the future.

You realize if they do trade kyrie its gonna make them a better team with more depth cuz of the return right? :mjlol:
At best the celtics will lose at home by 20 instead of 40 with kyrie gone
Kyrie locked up long term :wow:

If they package trade kyrie for bledsoe/jackson and sign rose that team going 6-7 with gsw
No they are not, stop lying to yourself :mjcry:

How?

They drafted Dion Waiters, Tyler Zeller and Anthony Bennett.

Traded for Luke Walton

Signed Andrew Bynum to a 2 year deal, then traded him for run down Luol Deng.

They hired Griffin a few months before Bron got back.

Things started looking up because they had Wiggins, had a coach in Blatt that was praised for his offense based on ball movement and then Bron joined the team and shifted everything.

Okay...so you've had a day to stew on this. What do you do going forward.

1. Trade Kyrie to Boston.
Tell Boston you'll give them Kyrie and Tristan Thompson for Isaiah Thomas and one of those 1st rounders they've got. IT has an expiring contract, so if it doesn't work out you don't have to re-up and you still have
a star scoring guard. Getting TT out of there after he no showed in the Playoffs is just a bonus.

2. Trade Kyrie to Indiana.
Why? Fucc him, that's why. lol
He wants to be a star, let him be a star in a wasteland like PG was.

3. Trade LeBron...to the Clippers.
Why? Hell, he's getting old and to show him this is your team. Especially if you wanna keep Kyrie
and build around him. He doesn't have a no-trade clause...and if LeBron wants to play in L.A., well here he goes! He might be with the chit.

4. Nothing. Kyrie doesn't wanna play for you? Tough titties. Contract.

What's the Cavs record when Kyrie plays and LeBron sits?

How have the Cavs fared in the last 2 Finals when LeBron sat on the bench and Kyrie had to carry the offense?

nikkas in for a RUDE awakening if Kyrie gets his own team. :mjlol:
