Here's the problem, you're saying he's been better sure, but you're comparing him to guys that are elite and in Kristaps case he is a top 5 rim protector. Just being better than awful isn't going to cut it when the guys he's competing with are arguably among the best in the league defensively. Also, that last 4 games you're talking about includes the game where Boogie and Davis completely undressed him on the court.

The gap between them offensively is small if there is one, the gap defensively is massive.

good breakdown fam, I agree. KAT mostly attacks the basket from the triple threat, I don't think those would count as far as mid post numbers. KP might have a better half court handle but KAT can go coast to coast with his handle, KP can too, I just seen KAT do it more.

He played like 18-23 minutes that game bro , nobody is slowing down them 2 nikkas, period. KAT has NEVER been bad in one on one D either, his faults have always been rim protection.

Kristaps has been an excellent rim protector since his rookie year, these other young dudes offense is catching up to his while his defense is a long way off from theirs, some of that is because the other guys have more length to be honest.

It hasn’t been the last four games, it’s been the last two ( this was mentioned recently), secondly you say Wiggins is a horrible wing defender. You do know Kanter is our starting PF right? So is Jarett Jack who is the slowest starting point guard in the league. But somehow we’re in the top 20 when it comes to defense.
