The character isn't but the voice actor is...Dude who used to play Kyle on Living Single does the Voice of Kratos.

And Games that allow you to customize character physical traits don't count. Because in series with an ongoing narrative they tend to make those characters white.

Like in Star Wars: Knights of the old republic the character Revan can be made to be either gender and any race, but when the character appears in The Old Republic as a NPC he's some white dude with a beard.
