Wrestling Observer Live’s Bryan Alvarez heard from multiple well-connected people in Japan that Kota Ibushi has “burned his bridges” not only with NJPW, but also with the entire pro wrestling industry in Japan

i think Ibushi comes from a wealthy family too, he probably got tired of all the carny bs in Japan

I wouldn’t mind seeing him do a stint with wwe for a year or two

I say it often alot in the HL, but I think while everyone loves to bash the United States, at least there is a more open air to it. Like you can point to our country and go, "There are Racists in America.", "There are Facists in America.", "There are people who like to Shoot Up Places."

There is also though a more growing trend of people coming out, and talking about Sexual Abuse. Which people go, "Yep, this why America is the worst place in the World." which brings me to Japan, in which at times has this rose-colored glasses view of, "Japan is SUCH a nice culture. They invent electronics and make them, Anime and funny Game Shows..."

But Japan is not a perfect country, and they have their own shyt that makes you think, "Wow, America has a better system than them." like I think in Japan, your not afforded a chance to have a lawyer prior to interrogation... or when your executed, your just taken from your cell when its time... with no schedule in place. I think sometimes that culture is very obedient (like don't even cross the road on red, even where there is no cars). So for Kota, who is speaking up, its a bit unsettling to those in his own country that would dare speak up.
