He's basically calling out NJPW brass who forced him back, even announcing him returning at the New Japan Cup when he wasn't even halfway healthy.
The hard part to infer is that it seems like, in lieu of a New Japan Cup, he was impressed upon to make an appearance at a Just Tap Out show.
With these a$$holes bullying him into making money, he decided to go public, considering the corrupt people telling him he did something wrong.
I don't think this really burns bridges with AEW as much as it highlights the sleazy elements in NJPW.
They weren't letting him heal, forced him to do an appearance, and advertised him for a tourney when he was still hurt.
