Why do Jordan stans hate on Kobe for this?

I was a Jordan fan and I'm glad he was able to pattern his game after the GOAT. I got to watch another decade from great basketball after Jordan retired cause Kobe played the same way.

You would think Jordan stans would be the biggest Kobe fans cause he plays so much like Jordan.

I'm personally waiting for the next great player who can bite Kobe's entire style so we can have some more great basketball to watch.

Kobe being a carbon copy of Mike undoubtedly hurts his overall legacy

dude will forever be seen as a bootleg version of MJ

were those XJ900's that Payless sold back in the day better looking than all the other sneakers in their store? yes.

but they'll always be remembered for being a knock off version of Nike's :manny:

Everybody knows Kobe patented his game after MJ's...to keep it reality tho, if you had the talent and athleticism you'd patent your game after the GOAT too :manny:

Btw i like the video. It would have been much more effective tho if they had did it split screen and also a few fade/ghost techniques so kobe becomes jordan, jordan becomes kobe in the middle of the moves.

Except people didn't ie T-Mac, Vince, any other 6'5"-6'7" SG to play since the early to mid 90's.

Why? Beats me. Seems like it would be the way to go.

They didnt have the work ethic to do so. Vince couldve been one of the goats. nikka had all the tools but he couldve cared less.

Look at how Kobe changed his game from when he first came in the league to now.

smh

anyone who is a fan of basketball should be able to put aside all laker/kobe hate and appreciate how this man transformed his game from how he first came into the league to what he became.

Key words... But they were never fans of basketball.... They are fans of stories of the nba, why you think we have some many nikkas jumping ship when their team is terrible.

Meh.. most players that grew up in the Jordan era tried to imitate him one way or another. It will be the same with this generation that grew up watching Kobe. Look at Marshon Brooks.

Physically, Vince was superior to Kobe in most aspects. He could jump higher, was stronger, about as quick, and has way bigger hands. He could dribble and had ridiculous range in his prime.

There's really no reason that he couldn't use a lot of MJ's game like Kobe but he never did.
