To me Kobe is #2 after MJ..

The only other player I might put ahead is Kareem.... you can't sit here and tell me that a got damn Bird or Duncan or even Shaq rank higher than Kobe..

Those stats geek cacs have ranked Kobe low because of Colorado..

It was always racism.. just gonna call it out from now on

If you have stanned Kobe as long as I have you remember the names:

Chad Ford
John Hollinger
Henry Abbott
Tom Friend

All disgusting Kobe haters, and they got one thing in common they hated him because of Colorado..

Now that my dude has passed we better see his name get higher in the rankings..

Honestly between this and people like Gayle i go between grief and anger

Add Jeff Pearlman to that list. Dude wrote this extremely disrespectful article. RIP Kobe.

Trying to understand Kobe Bryant's complicated legacy a year after his death

Probably my favorite Kobe game, and it’s a random regular season game vs the raptors with nothing on the line
1:45 left in the fourth, raptors up 5: Kobe hits a fadeaway 3 from a standstill with the defender all over him. 105-103 raptors up
-> raptors respond, 107-103 raptors with 31.3 seconds left
-> Kobe catch and shoot corner 3. 107-106 raptors up
RAPTORS SCORE 109-106 With 8.4 seconds left, Kobe inbound play (double teamed) pump fakes one defender out of bounds, hits another 3 to tie the game :damn:
OVERTIME (15 points in the fourth)
Time game, Lakers have the ball, 20.6 seconds left: Kobe doubled at half court, blows by defender and dunks to put the lakers up 2 with 10.6 left. Lakers win

that last 1.45 of the fourth was straight :damn: the entire time. 3 straight disgusting 3’s, two of which had defenders draped all over him, then winning it at the end with a dunk. This is the one that stands out the most for some reason

2013 he was truly special, although we didn't do as well as the team was expected to be, he was great and gave it all. Sometimes I wish he said fukk it and he could have extended his career

that's the thing with Kobe man, last of an era where every game, players made you feel like they were going to put on a show

never felt like with the Lakers in town and you got to go in person, Kobe wasn't gonna go out there and put on a show

true competitor and to me, always played like he never took anything for granted which explains the Mamba Mentality
