Man she hinted and peppered at that topic throughout the speech numerous times. I hope the other daughters didn't take offense to that

Obviously the babies are too young. I just felt for Natalia in that moment. I can just imagine the pressure she must feel now to "carry the torch." I imagine being a kid of a legendary basketball player comes with all types of pressure to be great or greater. I hope she knows that it's completely okay to be herself and do what she'd rather like to do. Obviously her Dad still supported her in what she did and I just hope she still remembers that in the future when all the pressure comes her way. We gotta protect the kids man.
I thought it was a little weird how she mentioned it several times. But she also did say that Kobe envisioned Natalia taking over his company one day. She’s probably entrepreneurial and Kobe related to her that way.
At the end of the day, Kobe’s parents chose not to be in his life because he married a Mexican woman. And they missed out on valuable years with him over absolute nonsense. They gotta live with that now

Kobe left his longtime GF who was close to Kobe's parents and married Vanessa. The girl Kobe left was literally with him from the very beginning. Pam also didn't like how Vanessa's mom lives in a mansion that was paid for by Kob, and he offered his parents $250k for a home. Kob lived on the mainline just outside of Philly. You can't get a townhouse with $250k where he grew up. So imagine your son giving his MIL a mansion and you can't get $450k for a standard suburban crib. Kob will always be my guy but that's FckdUpB...

Apparently, Natalia has asthma so playing basketball was pretty much out of the question for her. It's too physically demanding for her being an asthmatic, she plays volleyball instead. Gigi was really the daughter that was going to continue Kobe's basketball legacy
.Maybe, when they get older Bianka or Capri will be inspired to play basketball to honor both Kobe & Gigi. They should not be forced to do that though...only if they want to.

Kobe gave his mom in law a home because he was separated from vanessa and that was part of his way of getting her back. He transferred multiple houses to Vanessa and mom in laws name
Also, when Kobe first arrived in LA he bought a house in Pacific Palisades and his parents lived with him. He probably intended for them to have it but when he got with Vanessa everything blew up
