peep this, but kobe was a "rapist" according to some folks , dude had a woman in his room alone at 430 doing treatments on him. I never met a "rapist" who could be alone with a woman and not take advantage.

Kobe was famous since he was 17 years old in 1996. We never heard a single woman BEFORE or AFTER the Colorado incident say anything negative about him when it comes to trying to come onto women sexually. If anything most of the interactions we've heard from folks about Kobe with women is him turning down their advances so he can work on basketball.

There was zero evidence in his 41 years of life to support him ever being violent towards a woman. That white whore in Colorado lied so she could get paid.

Kobe didn’t smoke, barely drank, to my knowledge wasn’t addicted to pills or hard drugs. Called himself a square and basically lived a square life.

I think another thing is we are so used to our black super heroes dying from the usual ways outside of natural causes... deaths from overdoses or being killed or some type of health issue...that this seemed extra random

yup i mean everyone dies, but kobe was supposed to be old and grey and at courtside like bill russell etc.

Just going back and watching old stuff and it's like...all these legends who came before him, and all of his peers, and he's one of the biggest and most defining stars of all of them, as well as one of the youngest relatively...and he's gone? I have these. Purchased them around fall of last year. One in this colorway which I wear almost daily and the other in white. For what it's worth, they're incredibly comfortable and great for the price ($99) They're so lightweight that you forget they're on your feet. Not sure why so many people seem to be knocking them. If they were $99 more, the sentiment would hit a 180.

we have a tendency to look at them as superheroes but as shocking as it is we just gotta get used to the fact that they can go like us at any time
