Unnecessary condescension. Anyhow, the reason the Act passing is significant is because it was a step in securing rights for Black people that were guaranteed under the Constitution. Regardless of how long it takes, each journey begins with one step.

I mean, hey, we want reparations but that initial Act has YET to be passed.​

No prob, Leo here. Fiercely loyal and generous so that's why I give people the benefit of a doubt when coming at my head.....for a little while. I didn't link that to say it was the answer to the mistreatment of Black people, but to show that enough support for us existed to the point that it actually passed.​
