I'm basing my own franchise QB, ability to win a Super Bowl, yes strictly the QB (without relying on amazing playcalling, solid teammates). I'm solely rating the QBs
Cousins doesn't have the skillset to be a Super Bowl-winning quarterback. He would have to rely heavily on his offensive skill position players, offensive line, and playcalling.

That division is winnable. Their defense is solid, the only question is how does Kirk bounce back from that injury. If he’s still Kirk then they win that division imo.
