All disney worlds are around 2-3 hours depending on your pace with the endgame(after u beat all the disney worlds) being about 5 hours.

Pirates has this very annoying "crab hunt" though lol.

Yea kingdom hearts games aren't really hard unless u play on critical. Especially with how op the keyblade forms and attractions are. Proud mode might give u problems here and there on your first or second time with the boss but once u learn the pattern it's still easy.

Critical is different though because of how fast u die so using crowd control options is really important. But of course square locks critical mode behind beating the game first. So dumb.
