Copping both is the only answer. But if i HAD to choose obviously im going with KH3. But thats only because Kingdom Hearts is literally my Harry Potter and this game is the "Deathly Hollows" of the series.

But again im copping both!

The only kh I played outside of 1 and 2 is chain of memories because I never had the systems to play the others.

I'm not gonna play the old ones now since 3 is coming out in a month.

How? KH2 is 12 years old. Not to mention. For everyone here that did play KH2 what questions were still unanswered at the end?? NONE.

KH2 ends in a way that if u stop right there the story is completed. Literally the only question u have at the end of KH2 is what did Mickey write in the letter.


For you to even be interested in KH3 that means u had to at least follow the story past KH2. Which is why i laugh when people be saying (i waited 10 years for KH2) No u didn't. U waited 5.

KH3 story is the culmination of the story started with Birth By Sleep.

KH2 already ended the story started with KH1.

Now if u want to complain that u had to have multiple systems to keep up with the series at that time then fine. Thats a valid argument. But the only reason people are calling these games" spinoffs" is cause it wasn't called KH3. When in fact BBS and DDD are more important to the series then KH2 is.

Like Master Xehanort and Aqua didn't even appear until BBS. Just think about that. Then notice that you are calling these games "spinoffs" lol.

I make the joke all the time, its the most convoluted story in RPG history.....done on purpose, stupidly.

Basically the big bad has always been Xehanort - Bald old fukk.

In KH1 you fight his Heartless - Ansem
in KH2 you kill his Nobody - Xemnas

The fukkery starts in 1...Ansem chooses the name Ansem even though there's already an Ansem the Wise, "just cause".

Why aren't they bald? Xehanort takes over Terra in Birth by Sleep.

That's all you need to know, there's plenty more fukkery (Kairi, Rikku, etc) but that's the only thing you should care about. Basically "When are we gonna kill Xehanort"....lets hope they don't introduce a new form of Heartless...

its not really elaborate....i'd just watch a youtube summary... i haven't played them all. only beat the first. probably going to try and play the 2nd here soon

So Nomura addressed the game leaking and basically said "At least the ending isn't on the disc."

So the epilogue seems to be a day 1 patch thing.
