It's been shoved down our throat all of them are coming back since the secret ending of Birth by sleep lol. However that particular scene could very well be inside the "Data" twilight town as Roxas still has his org coat. If it was Roxas in the real world he wouldn't have on his coat,


About "Data Riku" I don't think its him. Data Riku isn't even "Riku" It's the journal manifested into Riku. In Re:Coded he says he don't even refer to himself as "Riku"

In this new scene it's clear Sora is talking to him as if he is the real Riku and Riku responds as "We always try to up one another" "Data Riku" wouldn't talk like this. It's more likely to be KH1 Riku that time traveled up to this point. Which makes sense.

"Norting" Data Riku doesn't even make sense. At what time is Xehanort able to time travel back to "Nort" him in the first place? "Data Riku" only exists during the time of Re:Coded and there is no Xehanort presence in that game at all. Namine is the true narrator of that game.

However regardless if it's "Data Riku" or "KH1 Riku" There are now 3 different Riku's running around. I guess we shouldn't be to surprised as there are like 5 sora's and a billion xehanort's running around. But still.

I thought it was Riku Replica since in a Omake that was made it shows that he was revived.

ven and vanitas never shared the same body they shared the same heart but yeah vanitas won't look like sora this go round.

Ven/Vanitas didn't share the same body back in bbs. But thats the entire point. Vanitas is defeated and Ven's heart is healing inside of Sora's. For Vantias to be back this is a past version of Vantias that is time traveling. Vantias is the darkness inside Ven ripped out and personified but current day Vens heart is no longer shattered. Ven won that fight. So how the hell is Vantias existing?

Also terranort was shown in the new trailer. Which is another wtf. Baldynort is back. So why and how is Terra still fused??? I'm betting this is a flashback

This new Riku has silver hair noted eyes and the org coat. It's clear it's 2 different rikus. I'm not saying it can't be data Riku but it just makes sense that it's kh1 Riku. If it is this finally answers the question on how the hell Riku magically went from soul eater to wttd. Now the Only other question that's still unanswered from kh2 is how did Riku get kairis keyblade

Coded, 358/2 days and Union kinda need to be at least skimmed over wikipedia to catch key shyt....

Birth By Sleep and DDD is straight up main entries in the series, you gotta straight up at least watch a youtube walkthough of that no question, too much vital information in there.

A lot man. Birth By Sleep, 358/2 Days and Dream Drop Distance are all important to game's overarching plot (which is fukked on Square Enix's end..it shouldn't be that way). Either grab the collections on the PS4 or just watch a synopsis video on YouTube.


This series plot is hot trash and the writing is God awful when you take off the nostalgia glasses. I'm just here to watch Donald Duck cast Firaga at this point.

O yea that riku was already shown on destiny islands with current kh3 riku. We just don't know if that's a real scene or not. Only shots we see of Destiny islands in kh3 are with Riku and Sora and they are both vague as hell.

But yea there are 3 different rikus running around in this game.

Now that I think about it, I don’t remember much about KH other then some nikkas wearing trench coats and the blonde boy is trapped in sora’s soul(?) Donald and goofy are peripheral to what’s going on in the story and Ansem the great is kinda evil but not really(?)

i was just playing this and defeated him a couple of weeks ago. the hardest game fight of my life
