1. RFK ain't interested in that shyt. Look him up.
2. He immediately lost me when he said it can be done executively. No, this will require congress. Or local legislature. People really need to know how these things work cause all this babble has thousands of dummies decrying Presidents for no doing things they don't have power to, but the same people won't vote locally or for Congress.
