you like at least a little Wu, right?

between the dark sounds and the heavy religious imagery, hes an aquired taste. but he raps with conviction and has a very unique style. please check his debut which was produced masterfully by 4th Disciple and True Master (RZA students)

yeah i do. i keep hearing about jay electronica having a similar style (but readin thru this thread i guess not), so i figured i'd check since i like jay elect

i feel they are similar, and Elec is a Sunz of Man fan so im not sure why Wu fans feel the need to bash Jay when hes paying homage + adding his own flavor. the whole argument annoys me and it prolly cost Priest some sales because cats like to OD over supposed sublim disses

They're similar, but Priest came first... and actually puts out music (not that I really blame him since he's fukking a Rothschild).

Has Jay Electronica even released 41 tracks in his career:ohhh:

Yeah he did, I believe I got around 75 seperate tracks by him, made in the period 2004-2012. Average 9 tracks a year. Actually not that bad :leon:. Very little of these tracks were actually released by Elect himself I believe, though.

Jay Elec is cool, i mean i enjoy his music too, but if you honestly cant hear how much he sounds like KP you need to check your ears. And it aint just about him being a Wu fan or them both being up on 5 percent lessons, alot of Wu is 5 percent but they dont all drop that spiritual-metaphysical-scientific-esoteric-conspiracy theory-street shyt. Thats very specifically Killah Priests style right there and Jay Elect does the exact same shyt. It doesn't help that they also got very similar vocals.

Like I said, I like Jay Elec, he got some incredible songs, but he doesn't have an entire project fukking with this right here. At least not yet. If he ever drops that album we can really see what he capable of but as it stands all we have is glimpses. Meanwhile Killah Priest been doing this 15 years and just dropped a classic. Yes im calling it a classic, I haven't been this blown away by and album in a looooooooooooooong time. I dont even think they got beef like that, I mean I heard a few jabs on the album but I think that was just on some hip-hop shyt

Best two disc album since Life After Death? I feel so blessed by this album ya'll. Truly amazing stuff. The crazy thing is that all this shyt he is spitting is based of REAL historical theories. shyt I would have never really paid attention to had it not been for this dudes bringing it to my attention. While I'm not sure about the validity of some of his theories (like the supposed African race of Aliens that landed in the garden of eden), some of this shyt is truly mindblowing. I'm going to have a full reading list for the summer because of this album. Masterful shyt right here.

Your an ignorant moron. So you think Killah Priest raps for white people? :laff: God you couldn't be more stupid. Maybe you should download and give this CD a listen afterall. Maybe some of the knowledge he spit could find its way into your empty skull via osmosis. Maybe you could learn something, although judging by your posts you may be already a lost cause.

Go and enjoy you Chief Queef dumbfukk.
