First post - newbie here.

I've followed this thread from the very first post. This thread is nearly as good as the album!

This album has been on constant repeat since i got my hands on it - 2 weeks solid, album is fire. A few thoughts from me

New reality is my shyt, hands down. Constant repeat. Words cannot describe how i feel about this track. The opening few bars are murderous, that 9/11 reference with the call from the passenger.....:blessed:

Visionz, think priest, the pwowr and lotus are tracks that simply blow my mind. Perfect.

L Theanine, Think Priest and they say kinda remind me of Nas:ahh:

Pray reminds me of J Elec (yes i know KP birthed that flow)

The only thing out of 41 tracks that i dont like is the verse for tonite we ride. That is impressive in itself

MC Metaphysical is funny as hell, borderline crazy, but got that ether. I cant be mad, i like people serious about they music.

props and welcome. first post and I literally agree with everything you wrote 100%.

I woke up early on my born day with Priest's heavy blessin :wow:

blessing on ya born day brother.

I like melodies alot more than drums to be honest. I think the melodies lacked a little umph on this release, friend. Not that it was wack, i am definately not saying that but i am saying that i expected a little more from the production. A man cannot survive on lyrics alone. Especially when Priests flow, in all respect is not as good as it used to be when he was a younger lad. Solid release but some of those beats could have been better. Good effort.

a man can survive on lyrics alone so I disagree. wen you read the bible do you sing every pslam? you are sounding really demonic friend.

I can fully interpret the lyrics and they were ok. Nothing on the level of The Bible but they were aight, friend. The production is what was really the problem for me here. The melodies did not release endorphins in my mind.

your body is broken friend. the man who does not feel this album but claims such a high spiritual relationship with god is non exsistant. you sound like james the lesser and not james the greater.

Im not a Drake fan. Lil b has what over a thousand songs? For someone with that kind of catalog its easy to find songs you like. If i did a best of killah priest mix it would be :ohlawd: but that doesnt mean his entire album is going to be good. Im not saying this album is bad friend, i just have some minor criticism with the production which at times, is not up to snuff. Dont insult a friend, over a difference of opinion.

ok it is official the demons have captured your soul. lil b does not have one single good song and the fact you made this claim proves you are a false phrophet.

much like the man below me I will give you my blessing anyway my son. good will always triumph over evil but your dual personality is indeed a sight for sore eyes.

turn the lights off, roll a joint in bible paper and play this album all the way through while imagining the lyrics. then you might see the error in your ways.

also never listen to lil b or praise him ever again :blessed:

You're being weird again. I snub you, the epitome of an embarrassing, wayward Stan for perverse infatuation. Not the illustrious Wu Tang Clan, the greatest group of all time.

Now fasten your chinstrap for the bozack ride, fan boy.

brother I was at the house of allah when you were riding around in your SUV blastin howard stern laughing at his KKK friends.

I am not a stan because only stans would be all aggy because killah priest had pork fried rice or a hostess cupcake or whatever. similar to stan driving off that cliff :russ:

me and you are at opposite spectrums friend. never forget that. I stuck up for you in that other thread though because even though I dislike you I am partial to your observations.

My cd came today. I like it. Have any of the 144,000 you plan to buy arrived yet?

But yes, we aren't alike. I'm an adult fully able to separate the music from the man and I don't seek higher learning in books written by fringe artist kooks sold in the back of African incense shops.

The pork thing was just to sort of provide some insight and perhaps pause to your fanaticism.

And you don't blast Howard, you hear him blasting from construction sites and catch his e show at night. Kinda hard to listen to the radio in school.

Oh quan tangin wan. Qua-anza l'agie wan.

You're going overboard like you fell off a ship, friend. I personally can only survive on the lyrics of God, not killah priest so in his case, i need something backing up the words in the form of production that makes my eyes go like this friend. Theres no need to slander me in this way because i feel the music portion of the album could have been better.

I think it was a good effort like a good try but feel priest is unable to match the priest from his youth flow wise which is the last piece of the puzzle i feel his artistry is missing.

never listened to him before, goin off the-coli's response

oh shyt its 2 discs!!!

you like at least a little Wu, right?

between the dark sounds and the heavy religious imagery, hes an aquired taste. but he raps with conviction and has a very unique style. please check his debut which was produced masterfully by 4th Disciple and True Master (RZA students)
