I fukks with Rwanda for this reason. All land records digital with clear demarcations on who owns what. Doesn't guarantee 0% chance for fraud but it's pretty close and much better setup compared to most African countries. Cuts way down on the corruption

I literally just got back from spending a Month there across 3 cities there
I got over 1k likes across Tinder and Bumble and didn't even use the apps. Only Issue I have with SA is shyt closes early and JoBurg is like Houston/ATL with how sprawling it is.
The smart play would have been to pick a country, find a main chick there, start a business/invest in real estate in said country, then have a "day in the life/couples vlog" type channel.
