This PPV will flop unless they really stack the card up with other great match ups. Khan ain't even known like that in US, I guess they're gambling that Mexico/Mexicans and the UK fan base will do great numbers for them.
But it's a voluntary defense and it's a PPV fight.

See, I barely remember the Algieri fight though and its not like Canelo is fighting Jorge Paez Jr or something.
Khan isn't a bum and dudes move up in weight all the time. To see so many dudes be in automatic hate mode like I am seeing here makes me think it has more to do with who is promoting the fight than who is actually fighting.

Thus lies the issue.....too many people are falling over themselves to defend this fight that if you take a step back and realize, in just his last fight, Khan stunk up the joint against Algieri. This is a mismatch of epic proportions. EPIC!
