When my brother got with his ex she had just graduated from Nursing school. My brother with is little IT degree put her through extra schooling. HE paid ( mostly ) for those two Masters degrees she got. He figured its helping the family. His plan was to get her schooling together. Once she was finished then he could concentrate on getting more certs. This way their whole family wins. As soon as she got her second Masters she REALLY showed her true colors.

The hilarious thing is she used her two Masters degrees to not only shyt on my brother... but also her sisters. She has two other sisters. Just normal chicks with normal jobs. She flaunted her lifestyle, money, and marriage in front of their faces all the time. Low key stunted on them at every chance she got. Told them her family is the Huxtables.

Now she is single in her late 30's. Broke. Overweight. Miserable. Her sisters are doing just fine. My brother is doing just fine.

A breh better of dealing with a woman who already has those things, of not committing to her until she completes those things and pays off the debt herself. Ive seen more and more cases of women divorcing after they used their husbands to pay off their debt.

We aint ask her to pick this career field so she needs to complete that journey on her own.

What i realized was, the bw talking this shyt on line could very well have amazing bm in their lives, and still talk this shyt. But this is how propaganda works. How else could a wp 'hate ******s' but marry one? Same shyt.

For the singles, it's simpler. Bm are not very good at pr and/ or y'all have strong forces arrayed against you. Either way, you don't defend yourselves. Instead of, ":rudy: Hell no, we not out here chasing and embarrassing ourselves over cave bytches," it's "Yes we do, and we like them better. :umad:"

I personally believe that bm are not using the media properly. You're letting the examples of those who married out linger instead of subsuming them within a wider sea of 'who bm marry' which, according to the stats, is bw. By doing so, you're giving the divesters ammo.

This is a very interesting angle. It’s a mix. Black men who are working to become successful is the BEST way to promote the black male image. My problem with BS blavity / Root / all these other BW ran platforms, they only promote “black girl magic” not so much coupling or accomplishments for black men, unless it’s a guy they want to have sex with. But also you have white media showing black men in roles which they can control the level of masculinity a black man exudes.

If black men take time to focus on social media like women, I don’t think there would be much production.

:francis: There's a difference between loving women and loving bytches. The progression in this video is an example of a young man who loved women learning about bytches.

Yeah, and he switched up and hooked up with all the women, that overlooked him a few years prior when he was broke. He had all the 90s dimepiece black women, who probably had toxic personalities, but the lust was too much.

Too many other black men feel the urge to switch up and hook up with superficial women, even at the expense of their own well being. Seen it happen too many times.

perfect example how changing to get women get you killed

I think that KS may get to this particular topic soon enough, but lets be real: switching up just to be sexually attractive to superficial women leads you in all kinds of trouble, and even in the context with Tupac, being some caricature of a Black man just to get female attention fukks it up for the rest of us.

Pac didn't switch up to get women. He switched up to appeal to/fit in with street nikkas. A handsome dude with a way with words and fame and money is gonna get women. Pac switched up after he had all of that. A lot of dudes front harder for other dudes than they do for women.

yeah we HAVE to take control of our image and build the pipeline for the next generation of black men. NOBODY else will do it, we already see our women only care about building up each other so we need to stop expecting them to care to do anything for us.

we need to get back to creating rites of passages, cultural traditions and family LAW, and passing those down to the men of each generation.

Me personally I dont even hunt no more. Ive been the one getting hunted(which is weird at first. took me a little bit to get adjusted to it). But I still have it in me. The young dudes dont have it in them out the gate. They dont have to. These young joints is giving shyt away quicker than 5 min grits. There are a lot of young dudes who have chosen not to deal with women period. And thats on Mary had a little lamb.
:bryan: :deadmanny:

(I'm laughing bc i made shrimp and 5 min cheesy grits last weekend. God knows what he'll ask for this weekend.)

So talk to me about being hunted. I mean, i could see myself doing such, but its interesting to hear it from a man. :jbhmm:

It depends on the particular situation. Pac always had the conscious and street crowds when he dropped his early albums. He also made a video saying that women burnt him when he was "too nice". He switched up, and started getting fame and smashed all those females that overlooked him years prior. Even those famous black mattresses that labeled his behavior as a "real black man."

I agree that with some BM seeing celeb examples of marriage go left and are quick to say “GMB”!!!!

I’m like....

:gucci:

That’s one situation out of a million relationships.

we put too much clout into entertainers. Entertainers are compromised and should only be seen as entertainment. The days of ARTIST being activist are over.

You gotta be successful or have some type of backing. Because you see these “black ppl” how quick they look up Kev’s LinkedIn and call his previous workplaces to see if he’s “legit” or not. Then tear you down. (Acting just like cacs)

Gen X and Millennials need to serve as the vanguard that creates the businesses that will employ and back the next generation of black male leaders. We need to be thinking globally like every other group.

Females follow whatever is held up as cool too. You tell them that street dudes are the highest form of masculinity and they will buy into it. If you just want to get girls there are other ways to do it (like being handsome, a wordsmith, rich, and famous) and you don't have to go to the lengths that Pac did. You can convince a chick that you are that without actually putting you life on the line. All that stuff was about them nikkas. Even talking that shyt about broads was about impressing nikkas. Just look at Drake. He tries to front on that tough shyt but when shyt really gets thick he jumps right back into Aubrey mode and he has his choice of women. He ain't bout to get into it with no real gangsters. Pac went all the way there. That's a few steps beyond just appealing to broads.

I grew up in a time where a Black man was labeled "gay" for rocking regular sized clothes, or wasn't balling on the court all day. When you had to memorize all the latest albums by heart to be labeled "real"

Pac going in them lengths to appeal to women, wasn't far fetched at all. Even with the fatal consequences, people stilled followed his blueprint and started acting/doing gangsta shyt to appeal to broads.

Pwople try to rewrite history, but the truth is still far too harsh to bear.
