Went to get drinks with a girl from Hinge she was overweight not huge but short with no neck. About a six titties were decent from Ohio and moved to Atlanta

However she was kinda insufferable saying that she wanted to see Christmas lights exhibit in Atlantic Station and just going to the arcade and getting drinks was “lame”

She was saying “I hope you aren’t inviting me to your apartment” yet wants expensive dates.
She was complaint that the dating scene is awful for her.

LOL look at how she acted. Ghost her bro. A Date is about getting to know someone , if she thinks getting to know you is lame let her enjoy netflix and wine at her crib solo while she cries herself to sleep

I like when Kev asked dude "what gym do you go to" and the gym replied "to the one in my building". Immediately Kev said you need to be at a gym in a booming neighborhood and not just the one in your building because its convenient.

Just this week I just telling my boy how in 2022 I'm going to start going to a "high end" gym mainly for the networking opportunities and amenities. And for those of you that say "oh, you're in the gym to work out blah blah". I ended up meeting a producer for, let's say CNN to not put anyone's business out there, who was a brother at a very nice gym I used to attend just off the strength we were the only two brothas in the place.

When you start hanging around certain areas you really do have the opportunity to elevate your network.

do you have any gyms in mind or is equinox the one?

My mom got me to use my VA loan at 21 to finance her a house. I was against it but she guilted me into by saying she would refinance it later an alot of crying. It took 11 years for her to finally refinanced it (this year), but she did. however it almost ruined our relationship. At one point she was missing payments and I felt she didn't care but that's neither here nor there. Eventually i learned to keep a good 2 months worth of mortgage payments in the account.

That said I'd never cosign for anyone outside of a future wife.

My girl was over here yesterday watching a few KS videos with me. We saw this IG clip that particularly set her off. It was a 29 year old single mom who said she thought that 40% of men made $250k or more and that the average man made between $70k-$100k annually. I just laughed because this is something you see often on there but my girl was ready to lose it because she couldn’t believe how stupid that was.

it shocks them that most full time workers make 30-50k.

I will marry a non American, likely South African, and buy property in South Africa at some point so my situation will be a bit different. Regardless I'll have all T's and I's dotted.

I say this as someone that's been living outside the US the last 6 years straight, visits South Africa every year, and dates primarily women from Southern Africa region.

I live outside the U.S. these days so no equinox. Low key salty since I can't use that benefit with my Amex. Regardless I'll likely joining a nice hotel gym along the lines of a Four Seasons or a very nice gym in nice neighborhood that has a lot of amities, aka pool, spa, etc.

That’s exactly what I meant lmao. The way KS makes it sound though is that you need to be married because you can’t make it on one income.

To me while that is true in some cases, it puts you at the mercy of the other.

Nah, he doesn’t mean you can’t make it on one income. He’s talking about having money for retirement once you can no longer work; and just based on the statistics, particularly in our community, that is an issue. It would obviously be made easier with two incomes versus one, but also it is a problem more prevalent for women than men, generally speaking.

I wish the Wolfpack concept was just as easy as when BW form sisterhoods. Tech is a good sector to give value to others tho.

The concept is easier than a lot of brehs think it is; the issue is it becomes harder and harder the longer you put it off (and older you get). Men have this idea in their head, especially Black men, that everything must be done on your own, then you may hit 35 and realize you’re running a race alone that would be 100 times easier to run in a group. But you’ve already isolated yourself and created solo habits that are hard to break. But if you’re heavy into groups early on in life in your teens or early twenties it’s not so hard to maintain those relationships throughout adulthood.

The thing is you have to work at maintaining and building a network, so many people think it should just come “naturally”. You gotta be outside too, which obviously is an issue for the majority of Coli brehs.
