That would mean each of the so called 18% would need to have thousands of children each
that only means that out of 10 men there are 20 total kids.
2 of the guys have 8 kids each. 4 have 1 each and 4 have no kids.
80% of 20 = 16
20% of 10 = 2
2 dudes made 16 babies

You misread the stat. Thats only for young black men between 18-29. That number changes drastically later in life. Its just showing that people are having kids later in life, thats all.

No, that's white people not having kids in their teens and 20s. Black folks typically have their kids young. I don't believe those stats
