I highly doubt he'd suit up for the trading team considering the fact that no one outside of Houston even wanted him the first go around and that was even before this incident. I can see a team not wanting the controversy of even trading for him even with the compensation and cutting him right after.

The league should step in and suspend him and tell no team to trade for him for the time being.

I wish they could, but I'm assuming there's some CBA ish they'd have to clear and the NBAPA wouldn't want the image of going against one of their own. It'll probably play out like Miles Bridges situation where the league is quiet at first waiting for the investigation to conclude, the firestorm dies down, and then the NBA and the team makes a move.
