she didn't make any attempts because there was no point. she probably got more bread being KPJ's girl than being in the WNBA. it's not exactly luxury living.
If you a top 5 pick and get cut in the 1st year, leaving the league wasn’t your choice.

CHA can’t do it for obvious reasons and Orlando could use that cap space depending on how their guard situation pans out early in the season.CHA: $23.3M
ORL: $14.8M
IND: $7.5M
UTA: $4.6M
Yea but the point is she hasn't attempted to comeback and play anywhere. with the way the league is constructed top picks get waived every year including at the conclusion of training camp, they don't usually give up and become professional arm candy. Hell, Mya Hollingshed was the 8th pick in 2022 and she got waived after training camp, she was playing in Russia this past year AFTER the Griner shyt to make money and get film for WNBA scouts. If you a top 5 pick and get cut in the 1st year, leaving the league wasn’t your choice.
I highly doubt he'd suit up for the trading team considering the fact that no one outside of Houston even wanted him the first go around and that was even before this incident. I can see a team not wanting the controversy of even trading for him even with the compensation and cutting him right after. No team is going to trade for him until the heat dies down. He's already a headcase and isn't even a good player. Could be franchise killing.
