He has a good chance of staying out but this is NYC and their DAs are always looking to make a name for themselves. They’re trying to get Jonathan Majors to do time for a scraped finger.
Her popularity, a broken neck, and attacking her in her sleep might get him a little time if the woman wants to really press the issue. He should be locked up before he kills someone. He would’ve killed her if she didn’t get away.
