Go ahead and show me where in the Starbucks employee handbook it says that it's ok to racially profile against customers. In fact, show me on any other major corporation where it says that "corporate" instructs it's employees to racially profile people.
So do you thoroughly read the employee handbook of every job you've had to see if that's there? So if one person at your company fukks up, then that means the whole company is at fault and you should be blamed for it?
