Kevin Durant wants three things:

Be on a team best positioned to win him a championship.

Be on a team that pays him the most money offered.

Be on a team where he's the man.

Outside of the Spurs and GS, that cancels out all the other teams with the immediate ingredients for a championship run.

However BOTH GS and the Spurs lack the CAP SPACE for Durant and if the try to lose players to free up cap space, that could risk themselves as title contenders too.

This leaves the more likelihood that Durant is STAYING in OKC. Presti is already making moves to ensure the team is in the position to take it all being that they were so close to making the finals this past season. They GOT all the cap space to keep Durant good financially, and DURANT would still be the man inside of second or third fiddle if going to the Spurs or GS.

Also, keep in mind. Kobe went through the same exact thing only to stay for basically the same seasons.

:laff:

KD should just go to Philly and then we'd just call him a loser who don't wanna win

Wolves thread still has some vacancies. Ask @Brozay. The view is breathtaking
The wolves would be a:ohhh: option. Plenty of talent a great head coach, and one superstar away from making noise

As a knicks fan i would love if he came to ny. Rose, carmelo, and porzingus would be :wow:
But honestly hed be an idiot to leave okc, especially woth oladipu (sp) on the squad now

How would the Curry stans react to him becoming the 2nd best on his team? Maybe not even, KD would pass him in points, Dray would probably still get more assists. Steph would become a spot up shooter and steal specialist.
I'm amazed at just how many posters on this board don't understand how the Warriors offense works, and how offenses work in general.

I understand how the Warriors offense works, it's all about ball movement, misdirection, and (illegal) screens; but the ball still end up in the hands of the person most likely to score hence Curry and Klay shoot the most, but KD can score in more ways than both of them, among many other things. They'd actually alter their offense too in order to take advantage of all KD's strengths.

Better not see one Bron fan try to say KD is a bytch if he goes to GS or the Spurs:ufdup:. Bron started that bullshyt. I, for one, hate that shyt but it would be pure hypocrisy for a LeBron fan to try to act like this isnt what Lebron started
