Nah that still doesn’t make sense. The logical move would be let Kyrie play the seaon out then you have a whole max contract slot to play with in a sign and trade. Plus KD on 3 years left, knowing his quiet ass ain’t gon do shyt but suit up and ‘hOoP’
I say sign and trade bc, something people often forget: there’s no good teams with cap space anymore. So there would be no team with space to outright sign Kyrie for nothing—-just like this year. So BK wouldn’t have to worry about losing him for nothing.

If that's the case, he might feel that KDs reasons for wanting to leave is something the fans are owed, since they make the shyt go around with their hard earned cream. The funny thing with KD is that it was Marks not giving Kyrie an extension that was the straw that broke the camel's back for him. WHich is the one thing Marks has done recently that could be considered a good decision
