It feels like it's not gonna end any other way besides this bursting into flames, so whether this heads into training camp into isn't gonna destroy the team more than it has.

If they trade KD and/or Irving, the next few seasons are gonna go to hell.

If they don't, this season will be filled with hell, though their talent alone will keep them in it.

and I'd say this, if I'm Joe Tsai, I'm paying Jacque Vaughn way too much money to be the associate HC, so if Nash gets fired, Vaughn is gonna be the interim and KD/Kyrie gotta deal with it. If Marks goes, the interim GM might as well be in-house, because nobody is gonna sign up to right that ship unless they're getting LIV Golf money.

I'd think KD & Kai would prefer Vaughn over Nash, imo. Anyone with a lick of basketball sense would as well.

Everyone called Nash's coaching TRASH when they got bounced out by the Celtics.

Marks got Benjamin "I'm done with basketball" Simmons for James Harden when they're meant to be contending.

But KD is "crazed" for wanting both out if he stays?

Lol a lot of bitterness in this thread today, bit let's be clear....who here thinks Nash deserves to be the head coach of the Nets for another season?

He should've been fired. They need a coach that's not about to take kd and kyrie bullshyt but that's not gonna happen

Thinking about it they just need to get rid of Durant. This has gotten too messy and too public at this point. Get him to Boston for Jaylen Brown and some picks. Maybe Smart too by trying to pitch they don't need him with Brogdon around

Then give Kyrie a max extension just to spite KD :heh:

He’s right. Brooklyn was dead in the water before Marks worked his magic. No picks, no money and no future yet he developed Allen, Levert, Dimwiddie and won his gamble on D’lo & Dudley.

Nash is mediocre and deserves to be fired but Marks really did well.

KD is the reason they brought Nash on to coach. Had his washed up homeboy Deandre getting minutes and a bag. got every fukking thing he wanted. and now wants to take his ball and go home. He really is a bytch smh I was rooting for the breh when he came back from the injuries too

Tsai better keep his ass in limbo or ship his ass out to Sacramento.

If KD has an issue with Nash, cool. Then KD should have an issue with Kyrie for being dismissive of the position as a whole.

KD has no leg to stand on to be critical of Marks for letting KD do whatever he wanted and if there was something KD wanted that Marks ignored, then KD a) needs to mention that and b) blame himself for not bringing it up and he and Kyrie had all the infinity stones with the Nets.

and nothing in terms of the team's direction changed between KD re-upping for 4 more years and today besides Kyrie not getting a similar extension.

KD DIDNT WANT MARKS
TO TRADE HARDEN AND HE TRADED
HIM ANYWAY FOR A GUY WHO
WOULDNT EVEN PLAY....

HARDEN HAD NO FREE AGENCY
OPTIONS THIS SUMMER SO HE
WOULD STILL BE IN BK IF MARKS
HELD HIS GROUND.

MARKS GOT THE NETS
TO A 42 WIN TEAM IN THE EAST.

PLEASE STOP PRETENDING
HE TURNED THEM INTO A CONTENDER.

KYRIE/KD ON CHOSE BK
BECAUSE THEY WANTED NYC
BUT DIDNT WANT THE KNICKS.

No one is saying that.

What we are saying is that he built a 42 win team out of gum and toothpicks.

I agree with the 2nd part. The bigger issue however was trading for him in the first place.
