Lol a lot of bitterness in this thread today, bit let's be clear....who here thinks Nash deserves to be the head coach of the Nets for another season?
no one, but there's a difference between asking for a guy him not working out, and you asking for him to be fired (hey, shyt happens) and you asking for a guy, then quitting on the team because you don't believe in him without expressing what's not working, then finally conveying that's why you want out 6 weeks later. skip the theatrics and just have a real sit down before demanding trades

Durant is such a hoe. He’s been calling all the shots since he got there and now he wants to fire some of his puppets. All because he couldn’t perform on the court. nets ain’t winning shyt regardless, let him stay on the team and destroy what’s left of his “legacy”.

People think him responding to strangers on social media all the time is funny when I’m reality that shyt reeks of insecurity. nikka go start a family or something.
Disingenuous. Kds performance has been the least of their issues. Yall just be saying shyt.

Niqqas tryna pretend KD didn't choose Nash now :mjlol:
Provide a source on this because this is what kd said 2 years ago

“First of all, I didn’t pick the Nets coach. We’ve got people in place that do that. I just supported it: Me and Kyrie,” said Durant. “We’re always on the same page. He’s just a hooper. It doesn’t matter.”

If KD has an issue with Nash, cool. Then KD should have an issue with Kyrie for being dismissive of the position as a whole.

KD has no leg to stand on to be critical of Marks for letting KD do whatever he wanted and if there was something KD wanted that Marks ignored, then KD a) needs to mention that and b) blame himself for not bringing it up and he and Kyrie had all the infinity stones with the Nets.

and nothing in terms of the team's direction changed between KD re-upping for 4 more years and today besides Kyrie not getting a similar extension.
Did you miss the end of season presser by Marks? It was all about regaining control of the franchise and he dropped bombs in the direction of a lot of dudes...including firing KD’s boy who was on staff. That immediately put KD at odds with Marks. KD has had zero communication with Marks since then...he’s only been going through Tsai.

Suns not even mentioned in Sham's article. James Jones better step it up.

They aren't going to put Booker in the deal, so that shyt is dead. The only shot they have at landing Durant now is if BK doesn't trade him until like January when PHX can trade Ayton. And even then, I believe he now has a no trade clause so he would have to approve the move as well.

Thinking about it they just need to get rid of Durant. This has gotten too messy and too public at this point. Get him to Boston for Jaylen Brown and some picks. Maybe Smart too by trying to pitch they don't need him with Brogdon around

Then give Kyrie a max extension just to spite KD :heh:
Keep my shooting guards name out your fukking mouth

I just don't see that happening. Tsai is already comfortable with moving on from both KD and Kyrie. He has a good relationship with Marks. He did everything KD wanted, fire Atkinson, pay DJ 10 mil, ignore Kyrie's bs for the sake of KD. I don't think he's listening to a request this big. I can understanding firing Nash because there are other players in the locker room who don't like Nash either.

I feel bad for Nash on a personal level though, reminds me of Dawhite betraying SVG :mjcry:

Nobody is firing a GM and a HC this late in the off-season. KD knows this. He's basically saying "Get me the fukk outta here"

And he basically just nuked whatever leverage the Nets had :francis:
Pretty much …don’t really understand keeping players around that clearly don’t want to be apart of your organization…there’s so much scorned lover syndrome that goes on in sports it’s unbearable…the nets knew that not securing Kyrie on a long term deal would piss KD off and they puffed their chest out and said fukk it “we’re taking our team back” :birdman:
But now that Kevin is saying.. well …fukk y’all I’m out :yeshrug: ..they want to act surprised and then ask for these ridiculous trade offers to string this whole thing out when we already know the divorce papers have been signed lol …it’s a clown show over in Brooklyn right now
