Professionals should not be going to work drugged, especially without a doctor's prescription.

If you have performance anxiety, why don't you try a sports psychologist or life coach first, before you start self-medicating.

When I hear this kind of stuff, I have to wonder, are Black American athletes more often in trouble because of the media or are these guys more likely to be drugged all the time, and thus, more prone to make poor decisions?

It is not okay to go to work drugged.

Weed isn't some harmless plant that you can just abuse everyday without consequence. The more available and accepted it becomes, the more its health hazards will be exposed. Just like tobacco and alcohol.

It is not alt-right bullsh@t. How many Black Athletes are in the news for DUI's and DWI's, domestic violence, gun charges, shooting and assaults in clubs compared to athletes of other races?

This is not even a race issue, and yet you folk somehow managed to make it into one, and then the dumb moderators will come around and try to ban me for "race baiting".:whoa:

All I said is that "professionals should not come to work drugged out." That is it. I don't care if they are rainbow colored. A professional goes to work sober. If he or she has a problem, he or she seeks help from healthcare professionals and works with the team to find a beneficial solution.

This is how mature people deal with issues. How it became a :mjpls:issue just shows are ignorant the majority of the people on this forum are.
Dude this was your exact quote.

Second, my argument is against normalizing drug use at work. Black people are more easily influenced by their celebrities especially when it comes to emulating self-destructive behavior. When the narrative becomes the people that Black people admire the most perform better at their jobs when they are weeded, it will transfer to all levels of the community.

He is definitely a white dude and possible an alt-right dude thats why he sounds so damn crazy.
He is definitely one of those mentally ill pieces of shyt. I was wondering how he managed to earn a WOAT tag in less than 100 posts :why: so I checked some of his other gems.

In addition to the usual thinly veiled racism (before crying victim, of course  ) this piece of shyt is in another thread asking why is it illegal to view child porn. :snoop:

These people need to go.

Moderators, I am not a racist. Read the replies and the nagging I am getting. All said was that "professionals should not go to work drugged."

But I guess the average poster in this forum disagrees.

I don't want to be banned. I am not the one who turned this into a "race thread." I simply believe a professional of any race should be sober at work.

:hubie:
Once again your exact quote below. Mods please throw this dude in the bushes.

That is not a racist comment. The NBA is majority Black Athletes, therefore, an average Black person is more likely to be influenced by a Black NBA Athlete.

Somebody in this message board made a thread about not respecting "big black guys that work in McDonalds" or something along those lines. I was thinking about that post when I made my initial reply.

It is obvious that a Black Child growing up in America is under a tremendous amount of pressure to be an athlete, rapper or some form of entertainer.

So, when they start to hear things like their favorite celebrities are unable to perform without the help of weed, I think they are more likely to emulate that behavior.

Rappers are telling them "smoke weed" Athletes are telling them "smoke weed" Now it seems like their parents (if this board is an accurate representation of the Black Community) are also telling them "smoke weed." I don't agree. It doesn't make me racist.

If we were talking about NASCAR, I would have stated that "White kinds are easily influenced by those celebrities" because Whites are the majority in that sport.
No thats not what you said. You said black people are more easily influenced by their celebrities.

That's their routine every time. Calling athletes "glorified clowns for entertainment", questioning what they teach at "your schools" :comeon:

Then cry and pretend like those they antagonize are actually the crazy, intolerant ones. Wash, rinse, repeat. Its either another one of their trolling games or they just cant help but let the cism seep out before their pathetic victim complex takes over again.

So, is going to work drugged out a requirement for being pro-Black now?:russ:

I thought this wasn't about race?

You sound like a prick, even more so in that other post.

Furthermore, further further further more, Kerr helping to open the door up on this conversation is about testing in general, not justifying everybody showing up to work zooted. And with the new CBA coming up it will be apart of the negotiations on the players side. Even if you aren't smoking right before games it stays in your system longer than other drugs because the body isn't in such a fukking hurry to get rid of it seeing how it isn't toxic like half the shyt these players might be taking for pain during or between games.
