The tell take sign of an instant classic. I can't listen to this or lupe's shyt any other way. Track 1-16. No skips. Can't call an album truly great if you always got the urge to skip a record or two. If the album is truly special otherwise, may be you can give skipping one song a pass, but other than that nah. King Kunta my least favorite and I still let that ride.

The thing is I think MBDTF was great, but not to the hyperbolic level stans throw on it because of critics...

It has unnecessary songs. All of The Lights and Monster are back to back filler tracks. There's a lot of overproduced, unwanted instrumentation/interludes. Runaway is TOO goddamn long.

Also Kanye got dusted on his own tracks all throughout MBDTF

Nikki bodied him, Pusha did twice, Cyhi, Ross
