Nah brehs, don't try to sneak "one of" in theremetacritic only exist since the late 90s (99?) so nop. But it definitely is one of the best albums of the last 15 years. The rapping isn't top notch but the music and the songwriting are

I like Stankonia but honestly I've always felt Aquemini and Speakerboxx/Love Below both were far superior albums...
