It’s less about needing a single and more about rolling your album out properly. Drake doesn’t need singles at all yet still drops them before an album. I expected a single/video today, or Heart V. Maybe we get something on Monday.

Just seems like an odd rollout for Interscope, so far. The press release, the website…I get leaning into the mystery stuff and getting fans to speculate but at some point you gotta let the machine do it’s thing for you.

I wasn’t necessarily wanting a single but at LEAST A Heart installment. Its been 5 years i’d think he’d be chomping at the BIT to release something

I’m sure he’s aware he’s projected to sell 400k without a single his first week. He doesn’t have to honestly but like others pointed out he released the cover and song on a Wednesday last time.
