U guys are such fakkits... stop hating just to hate. He fit the song perfect and his verse was dope. U obviously have a bias. Leave the bullshyt aside and listen objectively.

Great album and content. Nikkaz need not sleep.
Song dope but Drake is trash and Ab Soul would have been a better fit chump...Get somewhere..

The road less traveled.
Thank you Kendrick Lamar, this will be the first album I cop since TIP vs TI (was on the road and had no music so I bought it to avoid the radio) "Dying of Thirst"

Finally listened to the whole thing uninterrupted....

I feel like it's an exceptional album...It felt like I was listening to a classic Outkast release...It might be the most impressive debut since College Dropout..I'm not sure how "groundbreaking" it is and I can't see it spawning a bunch of imitations, because some of the themes and lyrics require too much effort and most n1ggas are gonna wanna take the easy route and try to copy a 2 Chainz...Maybe if I was like 20 and newer to hip hop I would feel that it was more groundbreaking..But to me it feels like more of a return to some of the greatness of the past...

Mos def a top 5 release of 2012 and one of the best releases to come out of the West in a minute....

I feels good to see emcees atleast giving effort....So salute the lil n1gga...

:salute:

This Kendrick Lamar album sounds like if 1996 Andre 3000 was signed to Death Row, mean ... Just Mean ....

Probably the best Transition from a underground artist to a major label in a long time

You cheap a.ss better by the standard album when it comes out unless you want more artist to be twisted to fit radio and tv placements ...

good to see from what i've read a few pages on here and twitter response the album is well received.

i was thirsting with everybody else for the album last night and when it leaked i put it on the ipod/iphone straight away...didn't even listen ended up going out and still haven't listened.. about to listen to it when i get in from the gym later before doing tonight.

i like to hear an album for the first time uninterrupted...convinced i have some sort of mild OCD.

honestly...I dont think this is better than Saigon's album lets be real. I expected it to blow me away and although some tracks did...some disappointed.

Best release since College Dropout my ass. Even The B Coming is better. The Listening is better. My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy is proabably the best of the 00s. The Documentary is better,

It will sink in to all of you in a couple months. Album is good...but songs like Real are just boring. About 3 skippables. When its good...its :ahh:. But there are a couple  worthy songs. Giving it a generous 4.2 mics just cause I love dude (not that my opinion matters to him or anyone)...but cmon. Will cop for sure though.

The hook for Good Kid or Pharells part...i dunno something about that song thats off. The snippet made me think itd be better then Pharells part ruined it.

Two Dre tracks in a row...shoulda spread em out

I need that collect calls though.

Hating drake wins you cool points on a message board but

Drake gave this kid a solo song on the highest selling rap album of last year and took him on tour in front of a 100K people

letting him spit a verse on his major label album seems like a fair exchange :manny:
