I don't understand why Kendrick hipster stans do this

You think liking Kendrick somehow makes you smarter than the people that don't care for him, which in itself is stupid

I've been very clear and logical in my explanations of why I don't care for his raps, which is why you stans are ignoring my posts and speaking in generalities

How about you just post up the hardest Kendrick verse you can think of and we'll see if it makes sense all the way through and his bars aren't grade-school level simple

Y'all gotta stop pretending being a fan of this dude has anything to do with intelligence.

In reality the majority of his verses are no more profound than the average future verse. Difference is he uses a whole lotta damn words to say the same nothingness. Kendrick rambles a lot.
Do y'all not think that FEEL has some great verses?

I guess u gotta be a depressed ass cat to really get into
His last two albums :picard: I just want to have a good time listening to music brehs that's why I liked gkmc

And as far as lyrics while he does say some deep stuff at times let's be honest a lot of times he does just ramble on some spiritual miracle lyrical bullshyt

But the biggest problem I have with him is the beats. Where's the energy? Most of the beats put me to sleep

He started off dope with DNA then went into the ambien beats until humble

Yes. I do. I really like that song

Yeah I like that song

That and Love are the only 2 songs I really rock with on DAMN
That's my favorite song too, real mood music

And I agree with y'all on Future, he can make you feel what he's saying without using many words...one of his strongest attributes tbh

Listened to GKMC and TPAB already today.
GKMC is much better and at 5 years out feels like a classic. Listening to Untitled Unmastered now :wow:
gkmc is by far his most well rounded. I'll give it the classic stamp

The production on TPAB makes you wanna call it a classic cuz of how well orchestrated and detailed the music is.

But I ain't buying it

Brehs, this IS better than TPAB.

I didn't think he could top that. :wow:

How Sway??? :yeshrug:

Never realized how much I'm in the minority of people who liked TPAB. I watched Akademiks and Budden talking about TPAB they both agreed it had no replay value past the release month.

I'm watching it all like :dwillhuh:

I listened to TPAB as much as any other Kendrick piece.

There was absolutely nothing wrong with it as I've always liked jazz, funk, conscious type music. That album was for cultural purposes and necessary. Breh TPAB was fukkin immaculate!

I even went to Kuntas Groove Sessions.

This album is more personal IMO. This is just where Kendrick is in life today.

Whereas TPAB was Kendrick's social commentary/broadcast, something to empower uplift people. BUT I ain't putting it over TPAB just yet or ever. It's too bad everything needs to be compared but its all opinion/preference.

Thats why i respect Kendrick. Its isn't all roses for black people in America and around the world. He conveys our struggles through his music. Tpab, gkmc, s80 and damn are all albums i can heavily relate too. Its a bonus that all sound soo sonically well.
