Listened to it a few times last night and I have to say it hit a lull for a few tracks towards the end and picks up with Duckworth. Feel is the standout to me at this point in my listens.

ONLY critique I have right now is the Israelite shyt and pushing the narrative that black people are suffering because of some mythical Christian "God's" curse. But I understand that Kendrick is a devout Christian and wholeheartedly believes in his faith so I can give him a pass based upon his sincere religious beliefs. Can't say that I love a song like How Much A Dollar Cost (my favorite Kendrick song) and then turn around and be mad at him for this....



I'm thinking the old woman who kills him in the beggining is representative of what would have happened to him had he grown up without a father.


If he would have grown up without a father to teach him about the streets he would've been a naive young man who didn't know how to look out for the set up...

I would imagine that the woman is representative of the police, given the news piece at the end
