kendrick is a necessary puppet. he's the king of the losers who like rap music, but are too afraid to hit a club or the block. kenny got an incel army behind him.

on the other hand, drake fans like me don't care too much about kendrick. it would be a great sideshow, but drake fans need his music more than kendrick fans need his.

interscope can stir up a new kendrick any time since he's one of the anti drake artists. they might not find another with the same intensity, or even talent, but you'll get the same amount of hits, hype, and cultural impact.

Only reason the Common feud isn't unanimously viewed as an L is because Drake controlled the narrative and played the "I'm more famous than you" game

He got at Common and lost. He got at Push and lost. He sent subs to Budden and lost

Drake doesn't get brownie points for battles he lost


Just because Kendrick hasn't had any full fledged battles doesn't mean he's at a disadvantage. Not only that but we can only assume that Drake "might" have written those battle verses. That alone should disqualify him. There's no way you can legitimately say Drake wouldn't lose to someone as popular AND lyrically inclined as Kendrick

Drake hasn't seen that type of monster yet. The closest thing to that was Push and we know how that turned out

Push definitely got him, Joe doesn't count to me because it wasn't a back and forth..but I'm from Chicago and still say Drake did Common dirty. Kendrick like said above doesn't impress me at all... I swear I don't get it and I doubt a battle rap would be his strong suit.

Don't do a lot of features. He's getting Dre beats. Top notch engineering and sound on his albums. I mean J. Cole produces so he gets all that production money too. He doesn't really promote shyt that he's selling. Usually some limited edition shyt. But he doesn't have a lot of endorsements


And yet he never seems stressed or does things that look like money grabs. He's super low key. You don't even see this nikka in pictures and shyt. Like he just home in a 5 bedroom with a studio in the basement, at all times

I just checked... nikka got 2 pics on IG... Not of him.. Just 2 pics.. Hasn't tweeted since march 2020... But if he said he was dropping an album next week, all of hip-hop would shut the fukk down and we wouldn't stop hearing about that album until Winter

I think he went with a smaller crib in Malibu, not the big mansions other rappers go for. So he doesn't have a lot of expenses. He doesn't live the lavish lifestyle by choice. I am sure the money keeps coming in plenty off of GKMC and TPAB.

He signed a pretty big publishing administration deal with Universal AND according to Top Dawg he owns a portion of TDE, which would mean he owns at least a portion of his Masters

Kendrick Lamar ain't shyt and his catalog of albums, singles, features can't remotely fukk with what drake has done.
