If you think you're lonely now, ohhh girl...
“So blame it on mr. Ovoxo..the reason that I’m breathing”

Imagine trying to compete with a nikka who you admit gave you life in the game :mjlol:

Drake always does that with up and coming rappers or the new dude bubbling. It’s one of the 48 Laws of Power, actually. It’s a way to ingratiate yourself with your peers/rivals and simultaneously keep them beholden to you. It keeps your spot secure. “Well, I was going to get at him, but he did put me on his interlude or whatever back when. It’s all love.” I don’t know if Drake knows the rules formally, but this is exactly the move Drake uses. Kendrick just saw the shyt for what it really was/is from Drake... security.

Law 11: Learn To Keep People Dependent on You.

To maintain your independence you must always be needed and wanted. The more you are relied on, the more freedom you have. Make people depend on you for their happiness and prosperity and you have nothing to fear. Never teach them enough so that they can do without you.

The song Peak off of Scorpion just played on my spotify playlist on shuffle. Was this nikka really sending subs while singing to Pusha T ?
:mjtf:

"What you thought of me?
Never had me missin' a beat
That's just a view from a cheap seat
They don't want problems with me
Talk used to be cheap; nowadays, it's free
People are only as tough as their phone allows them to be
Girl, that could never be me :mjlol:
I found my peace, I'm about to say my piece
You might not agree with me"

Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh
Oh, oh, oh, you gon' make me turn up on you
Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh
Oh, oh, oh, you gon' make me turn up on you

:mjlol::mjlol::mjlol:

I pray those lyrics weren't directed at any rapper

But we all know how sensitive Drake is so I wouldn't even be surprised

Drake diss? :leostare:

Truthfully I be lyin' in my rap song
'Causе I always fail to mention I'll snap homie
His career didn't come with no lifе insurance
Hope his day one fans got some facts on him
I'm an honorary Beyhive
Let's see why them diamonds don't be fly, they all CGI
You better get it off your chest like breast reduction
If she stressed over you, she stressed for nothin'
Hold up, wait a minute
Even AI gotta practice clonin' Kendrick
The double entendre, the encore remnants
I bop like tin men, the opps need ten men

Idc about those tweets. Still feels like a huge reach especially considering how more direct he's been. Feels like the same shyt he rapped on family ties even less specific

How do yall claim to listen to rap music?

Hov did shyt like this his entire career.

And when does kendrick ever refer to OTHER rappers?

I'm still iffy on the Drake thing. Yea "back seat" makes you think of Kendrick, and yea he showed him some fame well over a decade ago but uh....both Drake and Kendrick are far bigger now than they were at that time. It feels like a diss aimed at someone who isn't popular today.

And while I doubt Drake is the best at parsing music for themes and shyt....no one could listen to Mr Morale and think "Kendrick is woke." It's literally the opposite and he straight up says it multiple times.

How do yall not get this? They can hold anything over you when they wanna knock you down a peg. It doesn't matter.

They've been trading snipes this whole time. Hov dissed Mase and people didn't know for like a decade.

This is high level diss records over hit songs.

People were saying Kendrick's last album was his worst one and just on some corny therapy shyt and Drake has been mocking kendrick's "too good to just rap" steeze for a minute.

Kendrick says I bop like Tin Men...could be a self deprecating line to make fun of himself...then he contrasts it by saying forget me being robotic ...the OPPS NEEED TEN MEN... as if drake ghostwriting needs help.

Fam, HER LOSS...then Kendrick goes "if she she's stressed over you she stressed for nothing"...WHAT?

Kendrick usually raps a bunch of random lines...but he's CLEARLY talking to someone this time. SOMETHING.

WHO???
