There's a whole lane of food here where the menu is composed of shyt like 'Henny Frenchtoast' 'Fruity Pebbles Fried chicken' 'Henny Glazed Ribs' .

That’s regular trendy shyt nowadays not just a DC thing it’s been going on for a minute.

My thing is why review restaurants that are clearly not good with reviews under 4 star.

At the end of the day these people in the business of creating content.

Meanwhile, other Food Reviewers willing to catch a slug to the fukking ass because "the food was mid:, Most of John’s reviews are mainly store bought and spots that HE picked. Not some "ayo, Gobbleitupindahcar, check out this food joint out near 16th and Elmore" or going to the most random of places and find out that its the wrong place to be judgemental.

Breh I had to unsub to dude because of his wild gross thumbnails. There was one where he had Culvers and had this nasty ass cheese pull from his lips, and it made me legit almost gagged.

He went to the wrong places. There's a whole bunch of good restaurants in DC. Whether you want Indian, Afghan, Spanish (Tapas), Ethiopian, Peruvian, Korean, Japanese, they are all well represented and a lot of those restaurants serve good food. Korean food in the DMV from hearing other Koreans have said it's the best in the country, or as good as Queens and in LA.

That's why I'm not big on these car food reviewers. They review 90% soul food or BBQ spots. I get they trying to emphasize black owned places, but mix it up a little bit.
